For customers arriving by car
Located along Route 254On the side of the road heading from Kawagoe toward central Tokyo (Ikebukuro), about 350 meters past the former Asaka Police Station. It is on the opposite side of the road from the current Asaka Police Station.We have a parking lot that can accommodate 6 to 7 vehicles.
For customers arriving by train
Get off at the south exit of “Asaka Station” on the Tobu Tojo Line (15-minute walk).
From the bus stop No. 2 at the station’s front rotary, take the Seibu Bus bound for Ōizumi Gakuen Station North Exit. It’s a 6-minute ride.
Get off at the “Saiwaicho 3-chome Intersection” bus stop and walk for 2 minutes.

- QIs there a warranty for appliance malfunctions?
- AWe offer a 3-month warranty on household appliances. If there’s an issue, you can choose between a refund, a return, or an exchange for a similar item. We will stamp the warranty on the back of your receipt, so please keep it safe.
- QCan I reserve items to align with my moving schedule?
- AYes, we can reserve items for up to 2 weeks.
- QCan you take away my old refrigerator or other appliances at the time of delivery?
- AYes, it’s possible. Depending on the item, it could be a paid disposal, free collection, or even eligible for purchase. For appliances, please provide the model and year of manufacture. We can also provide a quote on the day of delivery.
- QCan I request installation for refrigerators, washing machines, etc., during delivery?
- AWe offer free installation for refrigerators, washing machines, gas stoves, and ceiling lights. Assembly of beds incurs an additional fee of 3,000 yen. For TVs, due to variations in cable lengths, we ask that you handle the setup yourself.
- QCan I reserve the light truck rental?
- AReservations are generally not available. We recommend calling just before you visit to check if the truck is available. The rental period is up to 90 minutes, so if another customer is using the truck, you may need to wait a bit.
